Member Comments: Joe and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on the house in a very short period of time. They made a $7000 rehab of a dilapidated 2-unit property look like a $15,000 job in just 6 short days. The transformation from when I bought the house to when Joe finished the work was literally astounding- the house was barely recognizable by the time he had finished. In addition, Joe and his crew were prompt and reliable, gave me a great deal, and really put the extra effort and money in to make the property look great. Joe consistently went the extra mile to help me save money; he even went so far as to go to City Hall to convince them to waive certain permit fees. I would recommend Joe to anyone who wants to do a beautiful home rehab in a short period of time on a limited budget.
