The speed of response to my inquiry was very impressive, Joe left an introductory voice mail with enough information to make me want to call him back. He gave me a detailed description of how to diagnose and possibly correct my issue on my own vs other companies which pressure you for a service call and charge, I appreciate his candor. If I can’t resolve my problem I will definitely have him come for a service call.
